- 1 cucumber cut up into chunks
- 1 plain greek yogurt
- 1 generous handful of fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix everything except the cucumber.
Then add the cucumber.
